Shipping policy

We use UPS, USPS, or DHL to ship packages in the United States, Canada and the rest of the world.

Delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed.

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order after it has been placed, and 3-7 business days for delivery within the U.S. and 1 to 4 weeks for delivery internationally depending on the country. You will receive an order confirmation email first, then a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will follow.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday excluding holidays.

Coyalz Haircare LLC. is not responsible for delays in delivery due to weather, holiday seasons or other events beyond our control.

Coyalz Haircare LLC. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. **If you are concerned about your items, we recommend that you add buyer protection currently offered with Route App LLC. for a small fee. This protection covers product loss, theft or damage.**

Coyalz Haircare LLC. is not responsible for lost packages if your shipping address is entered incorrectly.

We offer our customers the option to insure their order with Route protection for a small fee. This package protection can be elected in the cart before checkout. If you added the shipping protection to your order, please contact Route regarding any lost or stolen items. Shipping Rates

Continental US: FREE shipping for Orders over $65. This does NOT include Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. Orders at or under $65 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method.

International orders will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method. The recipient is responsible for customs and duties charged by their country. Coyalz Haircare LLC. is not responsible for customs and duties on international orders.
