Once your order has been received, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information from Route. We use Route App LLC. to provide you free visual tracking information. Your order can take 1-3 business days to be processed. Please be advised that business days do not include holidays or weekends. You can review your order by logging in to your account and checking your order history.

Coyalz Haircare charges sales tax in the United States according to the state/province of the shipping address.

International orders - Every country has taxes and tariffs which must be paid for as a normal part of ordering goods from abroad. The recipient will have to pay any sales taxes or import duties that their country charges for international trade. Coyalz Haircare LLC is not responsible for customs and duties on international orders.

We ship to U.S. addresses, Canada and the rest of the world. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Shipping is Free on orders over $65 in the continental US only. This does NOT include Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories.

Orders at or under $65 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method.

International orders will be charged for shipping depending on the chosen delivery method. The recipient is responsible for customs and duties charged by their country.

Our customers have the option to insure their order with Route protection for a small fee. This package protection can be elected in the cart before checkout. Route package insurance can help protect an order in the unfortunate case of a lost, stolen or damaged package. Subject to Route App Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to Route Package Protection Policies.

Tracking information is provided in the shipping confirmation email from Route. We use Route App LLC. to provide free visual tracking information. Please note that a signature may not be required upon delivery. Tracking is limited on international orders depending on the country.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns.  However, if there is a problem with your item, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@coyalzhaircare.com to address your concern.

Coyalz Haircare is not responsible for damages incurred during the transport of international orders.

Exchanges

Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Beyond 14 days, we are unable to provide an exchange.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:

1. Contact us at hello@coyalzhaircare.com concerning your defective/damaged item to determine eligibility,

2. Return the item you have (after receiving directions from our team),

3. Once the return is accepted, a new item will be shipped out to you at the address provided on the original order. 

If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

SCRUNCHIES - We do not process exchanges for Scrunchies.
