Exchanges
Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Beyond 14 days, we are unable to provide an exchange.The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:
1. Contact us at hello@coyalzhaircare.com concerning your defective/damaged item to determine eligibility,
2. Return the item you have (after receiving directions from our team),
3. Once the return is accepted, a new item will be shipped out to you at the address provided on the original order.
If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
SCRUNCHIES - We do not process exchanges for Scrunchies.
