Refund policy

Unfortunately we do not accept returns. However, if there is a problem with your item, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@coyalzhaircare.com to address your concern.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@coyalzhaircare.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

A photo image of the product in question is required. Once the damage has been assessed, the faulty item may be exchanged for the same item. Please email us at hello@coyalzhaircare.com concerning your defective/damaged item.

If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Coyalz Haircare LLC. is not responsible for damages incurred during the transport of international orders.

Exchanges

Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Beyond 14 days, we are unable to provide an exchange.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:

  1. Contact us at hello@coyalzhaircare.com concerning your defective/damaged item to determine eligibility,
  2. Ship us the item you have (after receiving directions from our team),
  3. Once the return is accepted, a new item will be shipped out to you at the address provided on the original order.
